SECTION 2 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We facilitate international outbound logistics from our distribution centre to customers in Europe and the United States.
- Courier Partners: We utilise priority services from established global carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
- Handling Time: Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2 to 3 business days.
- Transit Time: Estimated delivery to the destination is between 4 to 10 business days following dispatch.
- Tracking Notifications: To ensure transparency, automated notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. These updates occur at key milestones, including order dispatch, arrival at regional sorting hubs, and when the parcel is out for local delivery.
- Delivery Enquiries: Should an order exceed the standard transit window, we will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. Based on the findings of this investigation, we will provide a resolution, which may include a full refund or a replacement shipment.
- Customs and Import Duties (DDP): All shipments to Europe and the United States are processed strictly on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. SECTION 3 – TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and relevant North American consumer laws, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with tripodairdry until the items have been physically delivered to the consumer or a third party nominated by the consumer. Ownership of the products passes to the customer only upon successful delivery and receipt of full payment.
SECTION 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS)
Pursuant to European consumer protection regulations, customers residing within the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a justification.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform us of their decision via a clear statement sent to clothestripod@tripodairdry.com.
Returns for Non-Defective Items: If you wish to return a functional item simply because you have changed your mind (and are outside the EU 14-day withdrawal period), please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that in such non-defect cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our Canadian warehouse.
